Privacy and data handling
Document content and uploaded SDS files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to SHEQ Excellence unless you request professional review. To enforce the free monthly allowance and identify the allocated job, the server records your account identifier, calendar month, project name, an anonymous job fingerprint and download timestamps. “Save on this device” uses local browser storage; “Clear draft” removes that saved copy. Avoid entering medical information or unnecessary personal data.
How professional review is priced
Self-service drafting is free. Optional review is priced per activity according to complexity and confirmed scope. Specialist and higher-risk work is quoted separately before any paid work begins.
