The builder creates an editable draft from the information supplied. It does not certify compliance, approve the work or replace competent professional judgement. The employer, contractor and relevant dutyholders remain responsible for checking site conditions, coordinating with others, implementing controls, briefing workers and reviewing the assessment when circumstances change.

Additional job pack

An additional job pack costs £4.99 as a one-time payment for one project. Repeat downloads and revisions for the same company, project and site are included. Your free monthly pack is unchanged. Professional review and paid PDF storage are separate.

I request immediate access to this digital pack after payment and acknowledge that my statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. My statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.

SDS evidence retention

When you select an SDS in the COSHH builder, the original PDF is retained locally immediately and uploaded privately to your signed-in account. The site blocks final issue of a COSHH pack until account retention is confirmed. Removing an item or clearing a draft does not automatically delete the retained SDS. You may explicitly download or permanently delete it in My saved packs when your legal, contractual and company retention requirements allow. Retained SDS evidence is free and is not counted as a stored completed PDF.

An SDS supplies product hazard information but is not itself a COSHH assessment. Evidence of assessment consists of the completed task-specific COSHH assessment together with the associated current supplier SDS and approval record.

Saved PDF storage

Each account receives ten free PDF saves in total. Deleting a PDF does not restore a free save. Every separately saved revision uses one save.

Paid storage costs £0.49 per stored PDF per month, capped at £2.99 as one monthly payment. New subscriptions begin with payment at Stripe checkout and have no additional free trial. If no PDF is currently stored, activation starts with one storage unit at £0.49 for the first month. Previously saved free PDFs stay free unless you explicitly subscribe.

With a paid subscription you can hold up to 100 PDFs, each no larger than 12 MB.

Payment is taken only if you choose the plan and complete Stripe checkout. You can always download or delete existing files.

Existing saved versions count toward the free allowance. Existing trials keep their agreed billing dates; additional saves beyond the free allowance unlock when a paid period begins.

Completed PDFs saved under the free offer remain free unless you actively subscribe. The stored quantity is synchronised when you add or delete a completed PDF. Retained SDS evidence is excluded from the billed quantity. You can download or delete files at any time and manage payment details or cancellation through the Stripe customer portal.

Editable template packs

Each pack includes a Word document, Excel tracker and licence and user guide. The purchasing legal entity may adapt the files for its own internal work and issue completed project records to relevant dutyholders. Blank templates may not be resold, sublicensed or distributed to unrelated organisations. Professional review, future updates and customisation are separate unless agreed in writing.

Orders and digital delivery

Selected packs can be purchased through secure Stripe checkout. The product page and checkout show the price and any applicable tax before payment. After Stripe confirms payment, the site releases the purchased ZIP for immediate download. Save the Stripe receipt and the original ZIP as your order and licence record.

By completing checkout and requesting immediate access, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the digital content before the end of any statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply begins, a consumer cancellation right may be lost. This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

If a download is corrupted or materially incomplete, or payment was confirmed but delivery does not appear, email sheqexcellencegroup@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt. Do not make a duplicate payment.

The licence and user guide supplied in the ZIP and the checkout confirmation form the pack-specific order record. These terms should be reviewed by a suitably qualified legal adviser before adoption as final company terms.

Monthly SHEQ Support

A written proposal confirms the monthly fee, included activities, review limits, response arrangements, start date, term and cancellation conditions. Extra or urgent work is agreed separately. No subscription or recurring payment starts from this enquiry.
